Step 1:
All new clients must complete and submit a Service Request Form in order to be placed on our wait list.
Step 2:
Insurance providers require the following documentation in order for us to request authorization to start ABA therapy services:
Doctor Order for ABA Therapy
Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation completed by a neurologist or psychiatrist
Copy of IEP (if child is in school)
Step 3:
Our team will request authorization from your insurance provider to do our initial assessment. The initial assessment and approval process can take up to 30-60 days.
